We have been in Spain for ten years. During that time we have successfully bought and sold properties in Andalusia. Working originally with established companies on the coast, most had 20 years or more experience in real estate sales, etc.
We also built up a holiday rental(and management) business in conjunction with this ,again mainly on the Costa Del Sol.
As the infrastructure improved inland so did the market for rural inland properties both in resale's and new.
We were now working with Spanish developers, architects, lawyers as well as retaining the services of those leading ex-pat real estate companies on the coast.
All our properties are 100% legally built on legally designated land and to the correct density and building specs. In all our time we have worked for the good of all our clients without any disputes or problems.
Our after sales service is second to none.
The proof of this reflected by the number of clients who are in fact 2nd or 3rd time customers.We are also agents for Polaris World and other major developments across Andalusia.
Our village at Los Belgas is a continuation of our work in looking to identify and satisfy niche markets, especially important in a time of uncertainty in the real estate market.
Our holiday business is run entirely in house and we will be permanently in residence at Los Belgas.
